Description:
Exports of solid waste from properties located in Szczecin, Stargard, Koszalin and Swinoujście

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) collection and export of mixed and segregated solid waste:

(a) 20 03 01 — unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) 15 01 02 — plastics,

(c) 20 01 01 — paper and cardboard,

(d) 20 01 02 — glass;

2. Exports of spatial waste belonging to the group of other municipal waste (20 03 07) resulting from:

(a) carrying out repair, construction, commercial, manufacturing, etc.,

(b) replacement of housing equipment, i.e. furniture, household appliances, etc.,

(c) clean-up work of the grounds, including backyard gardens.

Part I — Szczecin

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) collection and export of mixed and segregated solid waste:

(a) 20 03 01 — unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) 15 01 02 — plastics,

(c) 20 01 01 — paper and cardboard,

(d) 20 01 02 — glass;

2. Exports of spatial waste belonging to the group of other municipal waste (20 03 07) resulting from:

(a) carrying out repair, construction, commercial, manufacturing, etc.,

(b) replacement of housing equipment, i.e. furniture, household appliances, etc.,

(c) clean-up work of the grounds, including backyard gardens.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1. Equipment of the property with containers for the collection of municipal waste;

2) the replacement of used or damaged containers into technically efficient ones;

3) cleaning up the collection sites from waste disposed in the performance of the service;

4) keep the containers clean, in particular their chlorination;

5. the receipt and export of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste according to the list set out in Annex 1 to the draft contract.

1. The subject of the contract includes:
