1.The subject of the contract is the supply of road salt, in accordance with the Detailed Technical Specification for the supply of road salt (NaCl) to combat winter slipperiness on the surfaces of provincial roads, administered by ZDW in Lublin.

2. Required chemical and grain composition for DR road salt:

(a) chemical composition:

- sodium chloride NaCl - ≥ 97%;

- H20 - ≤ 3,0%

- potassium ferrocyanide - ≥ 10mg/kg

- CaCl2 (78%) - > 0,30%

- insoluble parts

in water - < 2.0%

(b) particle size:

- ziarna >6.3m - < 10%

- ziarna < 1mm - < 60%

in the remaining range of parameters specified in the PN-86/C-84081/02:1998 Salt (Sodium chloride) standard.

3. The subject of the contract is described in the manner specified in Article 101(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Law. Order. allows solutions equivalent to those described, provided that the Award proves in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence referred to in Articles 104-107, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the OPZ to an equivalent degree.

Tasks I - supply of road salt for the WFD in Biała Podlaska in the total amount of 800 Mg

Tasks II - supply of road salt for the WFD in Chełm in the total amount of 600 Mg

Tasks III - supply of road salt for the WFD in Hrubieszów in the total amount of 700 Mg

Tasks IV - supply of road salt for RDW in Lublin z/s in Bychawa in the total amount of 2500 Mg

Tasks V - supply of road salt for the WFD in Parczew in the total amount of 600 Mg

Tasks VI - supply of road salt for the WFD in Puławy in the total amount of 1750 Mg

Tasks VII - supply of road salt for WFD in Włodawa in the total amount of 800 Mg

Tasks VIII - supply of road salt for the WFD in Zamość in the total amount of 1200 Mg
