4. The Contractor shall carry out the subject of the contract with the utmost care required of the entity professionally providing such services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of the law in force, including, among others, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 as amended) - The producer of waste generated during the execution of the subject of the contract is the Contractor (legal basis: Article 3 (1 point 32 of the Act on Waste), as well as with Ordinance No 140/21 of the President of the City of Szczecin of 23 March 2021 on Maintenance Standards protection and development of greenery areas of the City of Szczecin and the obligations for their implementation and with SWZ and with the offer, which will form an integral part of the contract.
5.The Contractor shall ensure, in the fleet of vehicles used in the execution of the subject matter of the contract, at least 10% of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas within the meaning of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
