The EWIBO GmbH was commissioned with the tasks of a municipal project developer to provide the Bocholt population with affordable housing. On the Heutingsweg in Bocholt, the construction of a 3.5- to 4-storey, publicly subsidized residential complex of social housing on the site of the former cemetery gardening is planned. This condominium consists of 7 buildings and an underground car park, with 6 of the building frame a district square. In addition to 82 residential units of various sizes, there will be 2 group apartments for people in need of care, a student / apprentice flat share, a 3-group daycare center and a neighborhood center.
