1. The subject of the contract is the transport of pupils to schools and kindergartens from the Tczew Commune on the basis of the purchase of monthly tickets and transport of disabled pupils to schools in the school year 2023/2024. The order is divided into the following lots: - part I: Transport of students to schools and kindergartens from the Tczew Commune on the basis of the purchase of monthly tickets in the school year 2023/2024; - part II: Transport of disabled pupils from the Tczew Commune to educational institutions in order to fulfil compulsory education and education in the school year 2023/2024. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ and a detailed description of the subject of the contract for part I - constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the transport service of students from the Tczew Commune in the school year 2023/2024 on the basis of monthly tickets purchased from the Contractor. The subject of the contract includes daily transport of pupils from their place of residence to school/kindergarten and back from school/kindergarten to their place of residence in the period from 01.10.2023 to 30.06.2024 on school days, excluding breaks provided for in the organization of the school year. The purchase of tickets includes transporting students within the administrative boundaries of the Tczew Commune. 2) The scope of services includes the following educational institutions: • Education Complex in Swarożyna, • Education Complex in Turz, • Primary School of the Defenders of Gdańsk Pomerania in Miłobądz, • Primary School in Lubiszewo, • Primary School in Dąbrówka. 3) The schedule of transport of children to and from schools constitutes Annex 10 to the SWZ. The hours of bus journeys, the number of students getting on and off at individual stops, included in the schedule is illustrative and approximate based on the current school year and estimates of heads of educational institutions and they may change. The actual number of children, bus travel times and possible adjustments to bus routes may change and will be forwarded to the selected Contractor after signing the contract and drawing up timetables in individual educational units. In addition, the schedule may change depending on the unforeseen current organizational needs of the Ordering Party, e.g. changes in the organization of school work, repairs on bus routes and others. NOTE: Plans and number of children may change in August. At the moment, it is not possible to estimate the final number of students. 4) The hours of transport to and from schools are determined by the Heads of schools managed by the Municipality of Tczew. 5) A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part I is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ and Annex 10 to the SWZ.

Transport is to take place along the following routes: - Malenin – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Malenin, - Miłobądz – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Miłobądz, - Rokitki – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Rokitki, - Zajączkowo – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Zajączkowo, - Stanisław – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Stanisław, - Szczerbięcin – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Szczerbięcin, - Dąbrówka Tczewska – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Dąbrówka Tczewska, - Czarlin – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Czarlin, - Szpęgawa – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Szpęgawa, - Turze – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Tur, - Mieścin – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Mieścin, - Swarożyn – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Swarożyn, - Zabagno – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Zabagno, - Boroszewo – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Boroszewo, - Knybawa – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Knybawa, - Lubiszewo Tczewskie – Complex of Special Institutions in Tczew – Lubiszewo Tczewskie, - Angling – Special Institutions Complex in Tczew – Angling, - Mieścin – Special School in Warcz – Mieścin, - Małżewo – Primary School number 10 in Tczew – Małżewo, - Rokitki – Industry School in Tczew – Rokitki, - Miłobądz – OREW Pruszcz Gdański – Miłobądz, - Miłobądz – Lavender King Kindergarten Point – Miłobądz, - Dalwin – Complex of Special Schools in Tczew – Dalwin. 2) The estimated number of children transported – 33, is approximate and estimated on the basis of the school year 2022/2023 and may change, depending on new applications submitted by parents/legal guardians for transporting a child or resignation from organized transport to schools and educational centers (recruitment to special institutions lasts all year round). The list of routes and the number of people transported shall be provided by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor 10 working days before the start of the service, after receiving applications from parents of disabled students. Routes may change during the service period, depending on demand and new requests from parents of students with disabilities. 3) The routes and institutions to which disabled students are transported may also be changed, due to the fact that recruitment to special schools lasts the whole year and the Contracting Authority as at the date of preparation of the description is not able to definitively determine how the network of drop-off and drop-off routes will be shaped. The contractor must bear in mind that there may be an additional institution not mentioned above, to which transport of a disabled student will have to be organized. 4) The transport shall be carried out from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organisation of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1603, późn.zm). 5) The estimated number of school days in which the transport service will be carried out is 156 days. 6) After each change in the number of transported students, the Contracting Authority shall submit to the Contractor an up-to-date list of children transported. In the event of changes in the number of students delivered, the Contractor undertakes to deliver students, in accordance with the amended list, within 5 working days of submitting the changes. 7) Before commencing the service, the Contractor, in consultation with the Ordering Party, shall determine the optimal timetable, taking into account the shortest possible time of stay of children on the journey. 8) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
