The North Karelia Procurement Department asks to submit a tender for mobile phones for the contract period 01.03.2023 - 28.02.2025.

If the North Karelia Procurement Department terminates the contract no later than six (6) months before the end of the contract period, the contract will end on 01.03.2025. If the contract is not terminated at the end of the contract period, the contract will continue until further notice, in which the Client has a notice period of six (6) months and the Supplier has twelve (12) months' notice.

The good/device must comply with the provisions adopted by the European Union's directly-obliging acts, Finnish laws and regulations, as well as the authorities, including structure, equipment, occupational and fire safety and electrical safety.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.
