The subject of the contract are the services of collecting mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited and mixed properties in the city of Malbork, as well as the services of equipping and maintaining in proper technical and sanitary condition containers for the collection of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste, as well as the supply of bags for selective collection of waste, i.e. glass, along with the maintenance and operation of the Municipal Waste Disposal Centre.

The subject of the contract are the services of collecting mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited and mixed properties in the city of Malbork, as well as the services of equipping and maintaining in proper technical and sanitary condition containers for the collection of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste, as well as the supply of bags for selective collection of waste, i.e. glass, along with the maintenance and operation of the Municipal Waste Disposal Centre. The entity collecting waste from the property is obliged to deliver the entire stream of municipal waste to the municipal installation of ZUOS in Tczew. It is possible to transfer the waste to another recipient after obtaining a written consent from the Ordering Party.Fees for waste processing are paid directly by the City of Malbork to the ZUOS in Tczew on the basis of the amount and type of waste collected from the city and delivered to the installation.
