In the Federal Office for Goods Traffic, there is a need for services regarding the further development, the takeover of the service and support at the Central Information System (ZIS).
For this purpose, a contractor is to be found who, on the one hand, provides fixed scope of services in the field of further development for the BAG and, on the other hand, further development services as well as services for ZIS service and support, if required, following a separate assignment. The client assumes that the latter will incur an expense of up to 5,000 person days (upper limit) over the term of the contract.
The tasks of the contractor are subdivided into the following 3 subareas:
- Part A - Further development packages,
- Part B - Continuous development of the ZIS,
- Part C - On-Demand Service, Support and Support Services.
On the one hand, the contractor will provide fixed services in the area of further development for the FOPH and, on the other hand, further development services as well as services for the support and support of the ZIS in case of need after separate assignment. The client assumes that the latter will cause an expense of approximately 4 900 person-days over the contract period. An obligation to grant individual orders under Part B and Part C of the Terms of Reference is not justified by this:
- Part A - Further development packages
It is envisaged that the contractor, on the basis of the requirements described in the specifications, will conceive concrete further development projects or implement already conceived further development projects in the CIS. On the one hand, the further development packages include the production of coarse and fine concepts as well as the realization of the adjustments in the CIS described in an already existing detailed concept.
- Part B - Continuous development of the ZIS
Upon request, the contractor will further develop the ZIS in the scope specified by the BAG and provide services in the area of coarse and fine design as well as the realization of the adaptations to the ZIS.
- Part C - On-Demand Service, Support and Support Services
The contractor will provide services in the area of service and support for the ZIS to ensure the ongoing operation of the ZIS in the future. In addition, the contractor provides support services for the FOPH, which can be called up, for example, in the areas of requirements management, implementation conception, test and commissioning support.
