This consultation concerns the design, execution of the works and operation of the future drinking water treatment plant by desalination of Grande Terre located in Ironi Bé, with a capacity of 10,000 m3/day

The contract includes: - design studies (project)- execution studies, - building permit, - carrying out the works, - commissioning, operation for 3 years (renewable 2 times per 1 year). The seawater intake, the construction of the plant platform and the brine discharge pipes are not part of this overall performance contract (subject of another contract). The distribution of services between these 2 contracts is presented in the annex to this CR in the document "Program-V2"
