Description:
Purchase and delivery of office materials and xerographic paper for the needs of the Police garrison of the Lubuskie Voivodeship

1. The subject of the contract is "purchase and delivery of office materials and xerographic paper for the needs of the Police garrison of the Lubuskie province"

2. Main CPV code: 30192000-1 - office supplies, CPV additional codes: 30190000-7 - various office equipment and supplies, 30199500-5 - binders, letter boxes, storage boxes and similar articles, 30197644-2 - xerographic paper

4. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is included in Annex 2A and No. 2B to the SWZ: a) Appendix No. 2A - offer form - Part No. 1 - Purchase and delivery of office supplies. b) Appendix 2B – offer form – Part No. 2 – Purchase and delivery of xerographic paper.

Purchase and delivery of office and office supplies

1. The subject of the contract is "purchase and delivery of office materials and xerographic paper for the needs of the Police garrison of the Lubuskie province"

2. A detailed description of the subject of the public contract is contained in Annex 2A to the SWZ: a) Appendix No. 2A – offer form – Part No. 1 – Purchase and delivery of office supplies.

3. The maximum value of the contract shall be the amount determined on the basis of the Contractor's bid for each of the two lots separately. Due to the successive manner of implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, it is possible to perform an order with a value lower than specified in the concluded contract for a given part. In such a situation, the Contractor will not submit claims against the contract value not used within the time limit of the contract. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of a minimum of 70% of the value of the concluded contract.

4. The given quantities of assortment listed in the Offer Form are estimates and are not binding. If they are not implemented, no compensation will be due.

5. Place of delivery: KWP Warehouse Base with its registered office in Łagodzina, Dobra 2 Street; 66-460 Deszczno from Monday to Friday (on weekdays) from 8:00 to 14:00. At the request of the Ordering Party, it is allowed to deliver the subject of the contract directly to individual units of the Police of the Lubuskie province at the expense of

and the risk of the Contractor:(units are listed in SWZ Chapter III)

6. The contract shall be implemented in stages, if necessary of the Ordering Party, after prior telephone order, fax or electronic delivery containing information on the quantity of assortment and delivery of the ordered batch.

7. Delivery of partial orders will take place by transport, at the expense and risk of the Contractor, within a maximum of 7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, (The delivery date of the order is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. The binding deadline for the implementation of the task will be the date offered by the contractor in the most advantageous offer) from the date of placing the order by phone, in writing, fax or electronically by an authorized employee on the part of the Ordering Party, in quantities and to the place of delivery specified in the order. Orders will be placed by the Ordering Party between 8:00 and 15:00, with the delivery date counting from the next day.

8. The Contractor is obliged to unload the delivery directly to the doors of the storage rooms of the units. A car delivering goods to the KWP Warehouse Base based in Łagodzin, Dobra 2 Street,

66-460 Deszczno must be equipped with a downward lowering platform and a forklift truck for proper unloading.

9. The Contractor guarantees that the subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, of good quality and free from defects, fully consistent with the assortment indicated by the Contractor in the submitted offer

10. The Contractor undertakes to provide a 12-month quality guarantee for the delivered goods from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters, but not shorter than the warranty from the manufacturer of the goods.

11. The Contractor bears full responsibility for any damage caused during transport. In the event of damage or destruction of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to exchange for full-value goods. The transfer of the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods takes place when the Contractor brings the goods to the doors of the storage rooms of the units.

12. The contractor must offer and execute the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes.

13. All annexes to the SWZ shall form an integral part thereof. Details regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract, the method of settlements and payments and other legal regulations are included in the draft contract
