The Bellenkopf / Rappenwört polder (BeRa) is part of the Integrated Rhine Program (IRP) in the Karlsruhe district. The retention area (RHR) will have a retention volume of approx. 14 million m 3 on approx. 510 ha. The polder consists of a large number of individual measures, which are divided into 9 lots. These are further subdivided into planning and construction lots.

The plan approval decision has been available since December 2020. In 2021, the planning services for the structural implementation will be awarded and the implementation planning will begin. The completion target of the structural implementation is 2028.

With this contract announcement, the awarding of freelance services for the following (planner) lot is pursued:

Pl2-1 no planner: inlet and outlet structures.

II.2.4.1) Sub-area to be processed with the contract to be awarded:

The services to be awarded for planner lot PL2-1 relate to the measures of lot 2. The following can be named as essential objects:

- BL2-1: Building 1 (5-speed),

- BL2-2: Building 2 (1-way),

- BL2-3: Building 3 (2-way),

- BL2-4: building 4 (4-speed),

- BL2-5: Building 5 (2-way).

II.2.4.2) Performance profile:

The planning lot PL2-1 essentially includes the following services to be provided for the aforementioned objects:

1. Project planning engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI, partial services LP 2 and 3, LP 5-9 complete;

2. Local construction supervision in accordance with Annex 12.1 HOAI;

3. Technical planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, LP 1-9 without 4;

4. Construction survey according to Annex 1.4.7 HOAI, LP 1-5 without 4.

II.2.4.3) Step-by-step commissioning:

The assignment takes place in stages:

Stage I = basic contract: services up to the preparation of the tender documents (service phase 6);

Stage II = optional services: Services of the construction phase (from service phase 7).
