Consultation launched in procedure with negotiation for a project management contract relating to the compliance of the electrical installations and the fire safety system of the Château de Saint Germain en Laye. The purpose of this consultation is to ensure a competitive bidding process to choose a project manager with technical skills, in particular electricity, fluids and SSI, but also expertise in old buildings, and who is familiar with interventions on occupied sites
The project that is the subject of this consultation consists mainly of compliance work (the most urgent interventions) in the castle of Saint-Germain-En-Laye, located in the commune of the same name, in the Yvelines. Since 1867, the Château de Saint-Germain-En-Laye has housed the Museum of National Antiquities, which has now become the National Archaeology Museum, a service with national competence. The estate is owned by the State (Ministry of Culture) and is classified as a historical monument by decree of 8 April 1963. The planned works include: the upgrading of the Cfo/CFA electrical systems - the purging of obsolete cables and elements - the installation of a BMS - the creation of a new SSI - the smoke extraction of the vertical elements - fire protection (creation of dry columns in the stairs of the castle). The basic missions entrusted to the prime contractor are: APS, APD, PRO/DCE, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR. Complementary missions diag, cssi, exe Partials.
The contracting authority reserves the right to subsequently award the project manager, pursuant to Article R. 2122-7 of the French Public Procurement Code, one or more new contracts for the performance of similar services. The Object of these new contracts may only concern the strict repetition of services described in the documents of this contract and relating to the same construction operation, in accordance with the basic project. The period during which new public contracts may be concluded may not exceed three years from the date of notification of this contract.
