The subject of the agreement is the development of a replacement planting plan with a timetable for green care, the preparation of the site for replacement plantings, the execution of replacement plantings in closed areas (remaining on the permanent MON board represented by RZI Zielona Góra) on parcels located within Żubrów, Sulęcin Municipality, as part of the task “Modernization and expansion of the MPS depot in Wędrzyn”.

1. The scope of the object of the contract was determined by the decision of Mayor Sulęcin No GKM.6131.28.2019 of 25 November 2019 concerning the authorisation of the felling of trees from the land of plots no 604 and 605 rpm. Bison in Wędrzyn, annex 6 to the SWZ and includes making compensatory plantings with trees of type: lime 400 pcs and maple 400 pcs with a circumference of min. 16 cm at a height of 1 m, on plots:

1) No. 601 of the Bison — 450 pcs ;

2) No 41/2 within the Bison — 350 pcs

2. The item of the order will be completed in two stages according to the breakdown described in the SWZ.

The subject of the order will be completed in two stages according to the subdivision described below.

3. The scope of the item of the order for Stage I includes:

1) the development of a planting plan in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, containing a graphic part on the map, on a readable scale with the legend based on the records of the above decision of Mayor Sulęcin and the user position;

2) the development of a schedule for the care of greens; and

3) make all necessary arrangements for the Planting Plan (including the project phase, implementation and settlement) with the following representatives: the Contracting Authority, the 4th Regional Logistics Base (hereinafter referred to as “the user”), the District Infrastructure Board in Zielona Góra (hereinafter referred to as “the user”) steward”), Sulęcin City Office.

4. The scope of the Subject of the Order for Stage II includes Part A (Parcel No 601) and Part B (Parcel No 41/2), within which the following works should be carried out:

1) examination and preparation of the site under plantings:

2) the implementation of replacement plantings in accordance with the above decision of Mayor Sulęcin and the approved planting plan by the ordering party, maintaining all tree parameters, arrangements, field conditions, including in particular:

(a) the purchase of trees and their transport to the site of plantings,

(b) delimitation of the site in the field,

(c) preparation of places for planting trees (excavation of holes),

(d) complete grouting and backfilling of the holes with fertile soil with the addition of slow-release fertilizers,

(e) the insertion of trees,

(f) stabilizing trees by attaching a parcian tape to the phalanges,

g) securing the tree trunk from the root to the crown with a strip of jute cloth,

(h) the establishment on the trunk of a specialised cover for securing the trunks of young trees,

(i) mulching trees with bark,

(j) water pouring after planting,

k) ordering the site after the completed work,

(l) a written notification of receipt of the tree planting service performed and writing down the committal receipt protocol with the participation of representatives: the city of Sulęcin, the contracting officer, the user and RZI Zielona Góra;

3) drawing up a post-built documentation (post-built plan) from the implementation of the Planting Plan, which will include a graphic part of the elaboration — a map together with the legend on a readable scale. This document (map — paper version) should be submitted to: RZI Zielona Góra, User, Contractor and Mayor of Sulęcina, respectively. In addition, the contractor will provide the ordering electronic version of the documentation in question, on the CD in a format that allows it to be copied, i.e. pdf and dwg.

5. The detailed scope of the work and obligations covered by this contract is set out in the Designed Agreement provisions of Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Contracting Guidelines, which are Annex 1 to the SWZ.
