Oppegård municipality, c/o the Property Department, administers more than 450 municipal properties and rental housing. The purpose-built buildings amount to approx. 160 000 m².

The contract involves trade services, including materials for the municipal purpose-built buildings, vacant flats and other properties belonging to the municipality.

The main service areas in the agreement includes carpenter, painter and residential paperhanger works. The contract does not include large assignments/contracts.
