A mandatory variant is planned on the supply of 6 SW substrates using an ellipsoidal optical surface and 6 LW substrates using a toroidal optical surface.
A possible mandatory additional service is provided for the basic offer for the supply of 2 SW substrates using an ellipsoidal optical surface and 2 LW substrates using an additional ellipsoidal optical surface.
A possible additional service is provided for the variant for the supply of 2 SW substrates using an ellipsoidal optical surface and 2 LW substrates using an additional toroidal optical surface.
