The subject of the contract is the supply (sale) of electricity to all facilities of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin - to its energy collection points. Further information on the description of the object and the scope of delivery is given in section II.2.4) of the advertisement, whereby fully
detailed and comprehensive information in the indicated scope is provided by SWZ. Whenever the announcement uses the term from among those indicated below, it should be understood accordingly: 1) the Public Procurement Law - Polish Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law, 2) SWZ - prepared for this

Supply of electricity for the needs of buildings and facilities of the Ordering Party - tariffs B, C (Task No. 1)A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the location of the facilities and the description of electricity collection points, as well as the estimated amount of energy ordered – is given in Annex 2A to the SWZ – for this part of this contract, which constitutes Task No. 1. The electricity subject to these proceedings will be supplied to the needs of the end user, which means that the Ordering Party is not an energy company within the meaning of the Energy Law. The Ordering Party informs that all collection points specified in Annex 2A SWZ (for Task No. 1) and the corresponding Annex No. 1 to the Order Agreement have metering and settlement systems adapted to the change of the seller. The detailed conditions for the implementation of this contract, exhaustively the requirements for subcontracting, are specified in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 8A SWZ for Task No. 1. The provisions of the Model Agreement also take into account the fact that the execution of the contract should take place, in particular, under the conditions set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, No. 716, as amended) together with executive acts issued on the basis of delegations contained in this Act.
