The contract concerns a mixed supply and services contract in the form of a framework agreement. For this purpose, the contracting authority opts for the open procedure as the placement procedure of the RO on the basis of Article 36 of the WOO.

This contract is part of a framework agreement with a maximum of 3 contractors in which not all conditions have been determined and whereby, depending on the specific need, the partial contracts in this framework agreement are reopened to competition (via mini-competition or directly under conditions via cascade system). Each sub-assignment that arises from this can in turn have a duration of 4 years.
