The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity with a distribution service to 63 energy consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 7 184 MWh with quality standards specified, in accordance with applicable regulations - Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 20 December 2004 on detailed conditions for connecting entities to power grids, operation and operation of the network, specifying m.in parameters technical electricity. The maximum price of electricity included in the Contractor's offer may not exceed PLN 785 / MWh in accordance with Article 2 point 1) letter b) of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting the amount of electricity prices and supporting certain customers in 2023 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2243)

The quality standards of electricity are described in the Law of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions of the operation of the electricity system.

The sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services will be carried out under the conditions laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e., DZ.U. of 2021, item 716, as amended), the implementing provisions of this law, in particular the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of On 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system (DZ.U. 2007r No 93, item 623, as amended), generally applicable legal provisions and unit prices of active energy determined after the resolution of the procedure.

The indicated forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed (the right of option) does not entail any consequences for the ordering party, except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the concluded Agreement.

Option Law . The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of increasing the supply of electricity (with a distribution service) with the application of the option right to 30% of the net value of the contract on the terms specified in detail in the model contract (Annex 4 to swz.

The summary of all energy consumption points with the indication of the location shows the connector number 3 to SWZ.

All collection points in tariff group B shall be adapted to the TPA principle.

The Contracting Authority will have the right to notify a new electricity collection point, with an increase in the collection points only possible within the tariff groups which are included in the SWZ and priced in the Contractor's assortment form. The notification of the new PPE will come through an annex to the agreement.

The Municipal Water and Sewer Company Sp. z o.o. in Łomża is entered in the Register of Power Generators in the Small Installation and all the energy produced for its own needs.

The Contractor should have a current contract concluded with the relevant Ordering Distribution System Operator for the provision of distribution services.
