Renewal of the personal insurance portfolio, assistance abroad, material damage, civil liability and automobile.

This lot has three components:

- section 1: “work accidents and excess law” insurance,

- component 2: “Bodily accident” insurance,

- component 3: “travel abroad” insurance.

The purpose of the guarantee is to cover assistance to people, during professional missions / trips (including stay) that they carry out abroad on behalf of the policyholder (WBI and APEFE).

Cover starts from the moment the insured leave their domicile to undertake the mission or the trip, until their return to Belgium at their domicile.

With regard to air travel, accidents that may occur to the insured as a simple passenger are covered.

The purpose of the guarantee is to cover assistance to vehicles (in Europe or Morocco) of residents abroad.

The purpose of this component is the “Damage-Material-Fire” insurance for all the assets - immovable and movable property - of the policyholder - WBI.

The purpose of the insurance is to guarantee both extra-contractual and contractual civil liability that could fall on the policyholder - (see also the specific provisions), in Belgium or abroad, for any reason whatsoever, by virtue of all legal or regulatory provisions, as a result of damage of any kind caused (bodily, material or immaterial) to third parties and arising directly or indirectly as a result of its activities, its staff, its installations and its movable and immovable property, during or outside working hours, inside or outside the policyholder's business premises.

The object of this component is the insurance of the carriage of vehicles of the policyholder - WBI.

The offer will cover all the vehicles making up the vehicle fleet and will also apply to any addition of a vehicle subsequent to this contract.

The purpose of the guarantee is to cover medical costs in Belgium as well as abroad for stays not exceeding three months outside the country of origin following an accident or illness.
