It concerns 4 university residences (Res. Donati, Modena; Res. Volturno e Ulivi, Parma; Res. Galvani, Bologna) and includes: supply of energy-fuel; compliance with the objectives of containing energy consumption; maintenance (ordinary and extraordinary) and management of heating systems, completion services (e.g. third party responsible); implementation of the initial energy requalification interventions of the plants to be carried out in the first contractual year; financing of the "initial interventions" also through the obtaining of the state incentives of the "Thermal Account 2.0; prompt intervention; management of the computerized remote control system; call center.

It includes the "fiduciary" concierge service with the following minimum activities: management of the reception, stay, exits of the guest students, first information and management of relations with the guest students, control of cleaning operations, hygiene and maintenance, access control and video surveillance of the residences, damage management, support to the competent offices of ER. GO in inventory activities. It also includes the service of small maintenance of the residences and the service of monitoring the security of the buildings and the alarm and fire alarm systems and video surveillance.

Includes cleaning service; building and related works; maintenance of green and gray outdoor areas; cleaning of sewage discharges; management and maintenance of the systems, including lifts, security systems, fire extinguishers; porterage service.
