The subject of the order is the delivery of hardware and software platform components of Telestream Vantage transcoders and Carbon Coder. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and how to execute it is contained in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3A to the SWZ.

The object of the order is the delivery of database platform components for Telestream Vantage transcoders. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and how to execute it is contained in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3B to the SWZ.
