The City of Leipzig, represented by the Transport and Civil Engineering Office, is planning the replacement of the Beipert and Paußnitz Bridges (III/27 and III/25) in Leipzig. Due to the current condition, it will be necessary to erect a replacement for both bridges in the course of the Schleußiger Weg.
The following services are to be awarded to an overall planner:
- Object planning bridge LPH 1-7,
- Objektplanung Verkehrsanlage LPH 1-7,
- Structural engineering LPH 2-6.
In addition, the scope of services includes landscape conservation implementation / accompanying planning, the species protection contribution, the FFH impact assessment, the diversion concept and pipeline coordination.
Construction of both bridges is scheduled to begin in 2029.
The construction costs are currently estimated at around 35 million euros gross.
The call for tenders will provide the basic services for:
- Object planning of civil engineering structures (OPL IBW) according to §43 HOAI LPH 1-4 / optional 5-7
- Tragwerksplanung (TWP) gemäß §51 HOAI LPH 2-3 / optional 4-6
- Object planning of traffic facilities (OPL VA) according to §47 HOAI LPH 1-4 / optional 5-7
- Environmental planning (accompanying landscape conservation planning, technical contribution under species protection law, landscape conservation implementation planning, FFH preliminary assessment)
- Diversion concept including special services for the variant investigation for the bypass of the two bridge construction sites
- Leitungskoordination
awarded in stages as part of a negotiated procedure.
