Gentofte Municipality has decided to rebuild existing nursing homes at Rygårdcentret, and hereby offer the turnkey consultancy in this connection. The turnkey consultant must complete the project based on the construction programme with associated drawing material up to and including the execution project, carry out tenders for the main contract in EU tenders, Cx, project follow-up, professional supervision and delivery. The conversion includes an existing 57 senior housing units into 57 new modern general care homes. In addition, the existing day care home, dental clinic and production kitchen will be renovated.

With this tender, Gentofte Municipality is asking for an experienced turnkey consultant to be responsible for the design of the conversion of Rygårdcentret's 57 older homes into 57 new general care homes. In addition to the redevelopment of the homes, new common and service areas will be rebuilt and established. This will be done by a reshuffle of functions, including dental and foot clinics. The turnkey consultant takes over the design manager role and must complete outline proposals based on tender documents and design the subsequent phases up to and including the execution project. In addition, the turnkey consultant must prepare tender documents for the execution of the main contract in EU tenders. After the main contractor has been selected, the turnkey consultant must be responsible for project follow-up and professional supervision, defect registration, follow-up on defect repair and assist the developer in handling the delivery business and conducting the 1-year review.
