For this tender, the scope consists of the provision of a fixed telephony and a cloud telephony solution.

One-off costs fixed telephony and cloud telephony solution

• Final order, delivery, placement, installation, implementation, configuration, testing, migration and commissioning;

• Training and education;

• Other one-off costs.

Annual costs fixed telephony and cloud telephony solution

• Fixed telephony (consumption costs);

• Use cloud telephony solution (running costs):

o KCC;

o Standard.

• Internet connection*;

• First, second and third line technical and functional management, maintenance and malfunctions/incidents;

• Helpdesk;

• Other annual costs.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for an initial period of three (3) years. Contracting authority has a unilateral, optional renewal option of five (5) times one (1) year.

This contract is not subdivided into lots. Tendering for part of the contract is not permitted and leads to exclusion from further participation in the procurement procedure. The present contract in this tender represents an annual, historical, indicative contract value of approximately € 80,000.00 excl. VAT.
