The subject of these proceedings is the purchase of a heavy fire truck for the TSO unit in Łąck, the detailed description of which is specified in Annex 1a to the SWZ, which supplemented by the Contractor with the offered car and equipment should be attached to the offer.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of implementation and delivery are specified in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 1a to the SWZ and the draft contractual provisions, which constitute Annex 6 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of these proceedings is the purchase of a heavy fire truck for the TSO unit in Łąck, the detailed description of which is specified in Annex 1a to the SWZ, which supplemented by the Contractor with the offered car and equipment should be attached to the offer.

2. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor:

• must meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of the Terms of Contract, including the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1a SWZ;

• be new, not used of proper quality, free from any physical defects, legal defects and claims of third parties and meet all requirements under Polish law, in particular road traffic regulations, including the requirements for emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997." Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended), together with implementing regulations. of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended), including in terms of quality and marketing admission on the territory of the Republic of Poland,

3. Warranty:

The Contractor will be obliged to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract covering the entire vehicle, i.e. chassis and firefighting body for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is a non-price criterion for the evaluation of offers. (The contractor may propose an extended warranty period, for which he will receive the appropriate number of points). The criteria for evaluating offers are described in Chapter XVII of the SWZ. Place of service under the granted guarantee - the TSO area in Łąck or the Contractor's service point or the nearest authorized service point indicated by the Contractor. Warranty repairs will be carried out by the Contractor or by another entity.
