The object of the contract is the implementation of the investment task consisting in the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski in the framework of the project “RES — home microinstallations in the municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski — III stage”, i.e. on residential buildings (38 pcs.) and on public buildings (5 pcs) in accordance with the implementing projects after agreement with the Ordering Party.

The detailed scope of the object of the contract, the standard of performance are specified in the detailed technical specification, annex 1 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”, and section 5 SWZ Description of the subject of the order. The remaining conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the template of Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The object of the contract is the implementation of the investment task consisting in the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski in the framework of the project “RES — home microinstallations in the municipality of Aleksandrów Kujawski — III stage”.

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

2.1. acquisition by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority and the users (owners of the property) of the works and preparing them for the installation of photovoltaic microinstallations;

2.2. determining the route of the wires from the place of installation of the microinstallation to the insertion into existing installations;

2.3. supply and installation (installation) of complete photovoltaic microinstallations, i.e. on residential buildings (38 pcs) and on public buildings (5 pcs) in accordance with implementing projects after agreement with the Contracting Authority;

2.4. the development of the technical and commissioning documentation in 4 ex., which should include in particular: capacity and gains from photovoltaic installations, connection schemes of photovoltaic installations, photovoltaic modules (including: mechanical parameters, operating conditions, permissible electrical parameters), location of the inverter, manual for operation of the inverter, simulation of shading, indication of the permissible mass of the installation at m2;

2.5. making a connection to the power grid of the facility;

2.6. execution of passages in internal and external partitions of buildings;

2.7. making and backfilling possible excavations for wires;

2.8. securing places of puncture and passage of pipes, electrical wires;

2.9. the performance of insulation and security work;

2.10. programming and execution of the automation and control system;

2.11. installation of the meter of the generated electricity (can be built into the inverter) allowing the collection and local presentation of data;

2.12. the performance of the remaining necessary work related to the laying of wires, equipment, adjusting, shut-off, control of the electrical system necessary for the operation of the performed installation;

2.13. carry out the required tests and tests, make a trial commissioning before the collection of works, adjusting and commissioning of individual installations;

2.14. obtaining and preparing the necessary documents (test and test protocols, warranty cards, service books, instructions for use and use in Polish) related to the transfer for use of mounted (installed) microinstallations on individual properties and “flash test of mounted photovoltaic modules”;

2.15. notice of the fire department of the intention to join the use of the photovoltaic installation, to the extent resulting from the provisions and amendments of the RES Act to photovoltaic equipment with an electrical installed capacity of more than 6,5 kW;

2.16. manufacture of appropriate surge protection and lightning system if required or adapting an existing lightning system to microinstallations;

2.17. connecting the inverter to the Internet network when the property has access to this network. If the devices (e.g. router, switch) installed in the property lack space to connect subsequent devices (e.g. inverter) or the device (e.g. router, switch) does not comply with the inverter standard, the Contractor will replace them with compatible ones while maintaining the existing network structure computer in the building;

2.18. Connecting the inverter to the Internet network must allow you to easily view and analyze current and archival data on the electrical performance obtained (the amount of electricity generated) through the site. The Contractor shall provide access to the website to the property owner and to the representative of the Ordering Party.
