The subject of the contract is "Delivery and assembly of a technological line along with the construction of a sorting hall and accompanying infrastructure under the project entitled "Construction of a municipal waste sorting plant with accompanying infrastructure at ZGO in Brzeszcze".

The subject of the order in particular includes:

a) design and construction of a technological line for sorting municipal waste from selective collection along with assembly and delivery of technology, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ),

b) construction of a hall with social facilities together with accompanying infrastructure in accordance with the guidelines of the technical documentation and building permit.

The aim of the project is to adapt the existing mechanical and biological waste treatment installation to the legally required treatment of collected municipal waste through the construction of a new sorting plant with accompanying infrastructure.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in attachments No. 12 - 15 to the swz.

The subject of the order in particular includes:

1) design and construction of a technological line for sorting municipal waste along with assembly and delivery of technology, in accordance with OPZ:

a) Delivery of brand new technological equipment m.in.:

• bag ripper

• drum sieve

• baling press with perforator

• optical separators – min. 4 pcs (plastics, paper and two for 3D plastics)

• ballistic separator – min 1 pc

• separators of ferrous metals – 2 pcs

• all types of specialized belt conveyors factory adapted for waste transport, enabling technological connections between individual elements of the sorting plant to be made into a functional whole – a set, i.e. m.in. feeding, connecting, sorting, accelerating conveyors for optical separators, overflows and separation chambers for acceleration conveyors;

• sorting cabins – a set according to the contractor's design with ventilation, heating and cooling systems;

• compressor station with an installation supplying compressed air to optical separators;

• control system with display panel enabling data transmission, control, control and visualization of the sorting process in the wheelhouse room;

• required steel and communication structures, including stairs, platforms.

b) Assembly of complete technological equipment,

c) Selection and completion of equipment, assembly, organization and coordination of all works in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete sorting line,

d) Integration of machinery and equipment into the sorting hall according to the construction project approved by the Decision of the Oświęcim Starost No. 34/22, sign: WAB.6740.1.520.2021.MK

e) Installation of local power supply for technological equipment of waste sorting plants from dispersed points to which the required electrical power supply will be supplied as part of general construction works related to the construction of the sorting hall.

f) Implementation of control and visualization systems for the waste sorting technological line.

g) Development of complete commissioning and operating documentation.

h) Commissioning and commissioning of a complete waste sorting technological line.

i) Development of operating instructions for the sorting technological line.

j) Carrying out start-ups and all necessary training in the field of operation, maintenance, servicing, health and safety.

k) Delivery of complete acceptance documentation, including DTR, Declaration of Performance for built-in elements, Certificates of conformity of machines and equipment with CE standards, including as-built drawing, drawing and descriptive documentation.

l) Providing warranty and post-warranty service.

m) Obtaining for the Ordering Party agreements, opinions, permits and notifications required by the provisions of the construction law, environmental protection and other regulations enabling the commencement, conduct and commissioning of the entrusted scope of works.

n) On-the-job training of the Contracting Authority's staff.

Parameters for sorting line -Throughput:

•Min. 20,0 Mg/h for mixed waste with a density of approx. 200-250 kg/m3

or

•Min. 4.0 Mg/h for plastic waste with a density of approx. 60-90 kg/m3

or

•Min. 7,0 Mg/h for paper waste with a density of approx. 100-150 kg/m3.

working time:

• 250 days/year, 2 shifts,

•Min. 6 h of effective work per shift
