A single operator public contract. The estimated total value of the procurement exceeds the EU tendering threshold.
The aim of the tender is to find a partner for Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from whom we will acquire laptops, desktops and peripherals for the classes. Haaga-Helia wants to promote the economy and uniformity of procurements and reduce the amount of work required for the commissioning of devices by purchasing equipment that can be easily standardised at the software level.
Haaga-Helia wants to reduce CO₂ emissions related to the manufacture, transport, use and decommissioning of the equipment procured under the agreement.
Purchases will be made on a need-based basis so that equipment will be ordered in batches to Haaga-Helia. The size of the average batch is estimated at 20-120 devices + monitors, keyboards or mice as needed.
The object of procurement is mainly IT equipment to be procured in categories, including fixed workstations, laptops, display devices and related accessories, installation services and OEM licenses.
This procurement also includes a refund for the returned equipment. Haaga-Helia has desktops, laptops and peripherals in the classrooms, which will be replaced with new ones after about four years of use at the end of their life cycle. Haaga-Helia wants old equipment to end up being reused whenever possible.
Haaga-Helia does not commit to purchasing the above-mentioned supplies exclusively only from the contract supplier.
