1. The object of the contract is the implementation of services consisting in the year-round maintenance of urban green areas in the area of Kostrzyn on the Oder city, including the following tasks:

1.1. Task 1 – Maintenance of the areas of the City Park and the Lion Park in Kostrzyn nad Odrą

1.2. Task 2 – Maintenance of urban green areas in the area of the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą in Region 1

1.3. Task 3 – Maintenance of urban green areas in the area of the city of Kostrzyn nad Odrą in Region 2

The scope of the work envisaged to be carried out includes year-round maintenance of the City Park and Lion Park in Kostrzyn on the Oder, in particular:

1) care of vegetation covering, including, inter alia:

a) care of coniferous trees and shrubs,

b) cleaning trees from suckers,

c) tree pruning,

d) care of deciduous shrubs and hedges,

e) mechanical care of lawns,

f) care of flowerbeds, ferns and flower meadows,

g) raking leaves,

(h) photo after the winter period of protection from trees and shrubs and securing them for the next winter period,

(i) collection, removal and disposal of waste, including biodegradable waste,

2) Maintenance of purity including, inter alia:

(a) year-round maintenance of pedestrian strings, including snow removal and removal of pigeons,

(b) positional cleaning of pedestrian strings,

(c) maintaining cleanliness in playgrounds,

d) systematic emptying of waste bins together with the disposal and disposal of waste,

3) inspection of the technical condition of the small architecture, including in particular the carrying out of routine visual inspection (every 7 days) of playground equipment and outdoor gym facilities to reveal obvious hazards likely to be the result of vandalism, wear and tear or conditions Weather such as broken parts or broken bottles. The object of inspection by visual inspection is control of the level and purity of the pavement, sharp edges, lack of structural elements, excessive wear, completeness and compactness of the structure. In this circumstance, the Contractor shall make an alert in the visual inspection protocol, the model of which is Annex 3 to the Agreement.

4) removal of tipping and scrap,

5) relocation of lawns damaged by animals,

6) protection against access by third parties and removal of threats resulting from cataclysms, storms, accidents, road incidents and vandalism;

The detailed scope of work for Task 1 shall be defined by: the proposed provisions of the contract for Task 1, annex 3 to SWZ, together with the annexes: Specification for the performance and acceptance of works (Annex No 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract — Task 1), and the Care Guidelines (Annex No 2 to the proposed provisions of the contract — Task 1), the subject of work (Annex 2 to SWZ).

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

(a) mowing lawns,

(b) grinding lawns,

(c) care for hedges and shrubs,

(d) care for flowerbeds and flower beds,

(e) collection, export and disposal of waste,

(f) collection, disposal and utilisation of waste from lawns,

f) maintaining the cleanliness of pedestrian routes, stairs, plACÓ2. and playgrounds and playing fields, other gaming equipment, including raking of sand surfaces,

(g) elimination of slipperiness of stairs, alleys and communication strings,

h) snow removal of stairs, alleys and transport strings,

(i) clearing the bet and mowing the island at the stake,

j) cleaning the monument at the Amphitheatre,

k) emptying garbage cans along with the export and disposal of waste,

l) other additional services.

The detailed scope of work for Task 2 is defined by: draft provisions of the contract for Task 2, Task 3 constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ together with attachments: Specification of execution and acceptance of works (Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract – Task 2, Task 3), List of areas (Annex 2 to the draft provisions of the contract – Task 2, Task 3), Scope of works on greenery (Annex 3 to the draft provisions of the contract – Task 2, Task 3) and bill of quantities (Annex 2 to the SWZ).

The scope of the work envisaged for execution shall include in particular:

(a) mowing lawns,

(b) grinding lawns,

(c) care for hedges and shrubs,

(d) care for flowerbeds and flower beds,

(e) collection, export and disposal of waste,

(f) maintaining the cleanliness of pedestrian strings, stairs and squares,

(g) elimination of slipperiness of stairs, alleys and communication strings,

h) snow removal of stairs, alleys and transport strings,

(i) clearing the monument in the DMR,

j) emptying garbage cans along with the export and disposal of waste,

(k) other additional services.

The detailed scope of works for Task 3 is defined by: the draft provisions of the contract for Task 2 and Task 3 constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ together with attachments: Specification of execution and acceptance of works (Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract Task 2, Task 3), List of areas (Annex 2 to the draft provisions of the contract for Task 2, Task 3) and schedule and scope of works on greenery (Annex 3 to the draft provisions of the contract – Task 2 Task 3) and bill of quantities (Annex 2 to SWZ).
