The subject of the contract is the delivery of medicinal products used in the framework of drug programmes, on the basis laid down in the proposed provisions of the contract in quantities resulting from current needs and within the deadlines of the contract concluded.

The Employer requires a medicinal product intended for use in NFZ drug programs: treatment of primary immunodeficiencies in B.17 children and treatment of immunoglobulin transfusions in neurological diseases B.67.
