The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and ripping of timber, tourist development to be carried out in the Borne Sulinowo Forest District in 2022. The subject of the order was divided into parts (“Package”):

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — “Law on Forests”) covering work to be carried out in the Borne Sulinowo Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and plucking of timber, tourist development resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

Annex 3.6. — a list of surfaces where the protection of raids and subfesters is planned;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract shall be determined by Decision No 112 of the Director-General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the “Description standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of State Forests (EZ.011.13.2021). The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The implementation of the work included in the subject of the order for the individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry and hunting circuits specific to the Package (“Package Realization Area”). The location (forest address) of the individual forestry works falling within the scope of the Subject Agreement is preliminary in Annexes No 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject will be specified in the Order, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

Due to the entry of the new Forest Device Plan after January 1, 2022, the Ordering Party announces the change in the naming of branches and small changes in the area of the secretions and sizes of the tasks performed (combining within and adjustment of the boundaries of certain forestry).

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

The implementation of the work included in the subject of the order for the individual Packages will be carried out in the area of forestry and hunting circuits specific to the Package (“Package Realization Area”). The location (forest address) of the individual forestry works falling within the scope of the Subject Agreement is preliminary in Annexes No 3.1. — 3.3. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject will be specified in the Order, provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
