e-HRM municipality of Vught

The agreement consists of the provision of an e-HRM application in the form of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and the provision of services related to salary processing. The contracting authority has deliberately merged the contract. In view of the technical complexity, the great importance of the proper functioning of the total system, the desire of the municipality of Vught to implement and manage the processes efficiently and effectively and the large number of users, the system is purchased as a whole.

The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of four years and a maximum of twelve years, calculated from the operational use of the service (1-1-2022), plus the duration of the implementation period. The effective date of the agreement is mid-2021.
