This contract covers a contract for services: urban planning, urban development, landscape architecture and engineering services.

It concerns the complete restructuring of the esplanade of the Château de Bouillon and its links to the urban centre (urban planning, signage, mobility, parking, etc.) and the design / execution of a new public space.

The project therefore consists of the development of the Godefroid de Bouillon esplanade into a mixed "relaxation and parking" area, and the improvement of pedestrian walking circuits that connect it to the city center of Bouillon (including a car/pedestrian link and 5 purely pedestrian links).

This contract is a global price (percentage) market. The total amount of fees proposed in the selected tender covers all services. These services include the following major phases, each of which constitutes a slice of the market:

- Sketch stage (firm slice)

- Preliminary design stage (conditional tranche)

- Stage allowed (conditional tranche)

- Project stage (conditional tranche)

- Construction stage until final acceptance (conditional tranche)

In addition to the “classic” project author assignment, which is described in more detail below, we draw the attention of bidders to the fact that the assignment also includes:

− General coordination and official meetings with AWaP;

− Land surveys;

− The mission of stability engineer on the posts requiring it;

- The assignment of special techniques on posts requiring it, such as:

• Civil engineering and stability;

• Electricity, lighting and lighting;

• Water treatment, wastewater management and purification systems;

• Access control, instrumentation, automation and home automation;

• Furniture and technical furniture;

•Signage;

• Other (e.g. sound system, scenography, video equipment, sets, etc.).
