Traction amplification - Electrical installations planning phases 1-7
HEAG mobilo GmbH intends to strengthen the electrotechnical systems of the traction power supply. The upgrading measures will be carried out during ongoing operations. The planning is to be carried out in accordance with HOAI 2021 for phases LPH 1 - 7 according to the performance profile of the technical equipment based on plant group 4 high-voltage systems. For all service phases, basic services must be provided in accordance with HOAI 2021, Annex 15, No. 15.1 and, in some cases, special services.
The planning includes the following measures:
1.) Conversion and reinforcement of 4 existing rectifier stations
Replacement of 11 line circuit breakers with rated current 1200 A to rated current 2600 A incl. adjustment of the control in the line outlets. Since the built-in circuit breakers are designed for a continuous limit current of 1200 A, they must be replaced by types with a continuous limit current of 2600 A.
2.) Equipping 10 feed points with feed-in load disconnectors to activate the feed cable routes with G-protection and cable protection as well as the necessary expansion and linking of the controls in the rectifier stations, including the establishment of a signal transmission path. New construction of feed-in switch disconnectors in the open-air cabinet, with base, with civil engineering, with connection and integration of the power and control cables.
3.) Installation of 13 coupling circuit breakers for the selective shutdown of coupled feed sections. The new construction of the dome circuit breakers is carried out in the open-air cabinet DC + open-air cabinet control, with base, with civil engineering, with connection and integration of the power and control cables. The KLS consist of an open-air cabinet for the circuit breaker, with all components for the main circuit (750 VDC), as well as an open-air cabinet for the control and the low-voltage supply with metering station device.
4.) Replacement of track protection devices in the rectifier stations UA Mitte (4 track protection devices) and in the GS Frankfurter Straße (3 track protection devices) including the DC isolation amplifiers for data acquisition and signal and control panel
