Call for expressions of interest for the lease of the roof for the installation and operation of a photovoltaic system (approx. 710 kWp) on the newly planned park & ride facility at Uelzen station, to generate electrical energy in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Renewable Energy Act (EEG), optionally with operation of charging points for passenger cars
The Hanseatic city of Uelzen intends to lease the area above the top floor of the park & ride facility at Uelzen station for a period of 30 years to install and operate a photovoltaic system for the production of electrical energy under the Renewable Energy Act (EEG).
The roof tenant achieves an advantage in competition if he wants to build and operate charging stations for electric vehicles at the same time (in accordance with Building Electric Mobility Infrastructure Act (GEIG)).
The main offer includes the lease of the roof for a PV system, which is the top floor of the Park & Ride system, as a roofing visible and translucent from below.
If a main offer is offered, an additional offer for a PV system on a trapezoidal sheet roof can also be offered as an additional offer.
Precautions have been taken for the enclosed planning. The steel beams are put. The statics taken into account. The roof tenant must perform the installation of brackets and modules, as well as electrical installation and is responsible for the duration of the contract for this part of the construction.
A contract for the construction, maintenance and operation of a photovoltaic system for generating electrical energy is concluded for the project. As a plant installer and later operator, the roof tenant undertakes to assume all operating risks, including assuming all costs from possible damage resulting from plant creation, operation or dismantling of all plant components.
The operator is obliged to prove to the lessor the conclusion of appropriate insurance (assembly and operator liability).
The future tenant shall be solely responsible for the financing, supply, installation, operation, maintenance and residue-free removal of all components of the photovoltaic system. It should be borne in mind that the construction of the photovoltaic system and the use of promising technologies, including ancillary services, can only be carried out by companies that demonstrate their expertise, performance and reliability and experience.
The lessee is responsible for obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals (including statics and fire protection) for the construction, installation and operation of the photovoltaic system as well as all necessary coordination with the supply network operator (feed-in management, requirements according to the System Stability Ordinance). If the Hanseatic City of Uelzen has gone into advance payment here, the costs must be paid by the roof tenant or can be offset against the offered roof lease.
During the construction, operation and maintenance of the systems, the statutory provisions, the occupational safety and accident prevention regulations, the fire safety regulations, the technical standards (EN, DIN, VDE) and the recognized rules of technology must be observed.
The building is a new building that was expected to be completed in February 2022. The tenant is obliged to examine the areas at his own expense before the start of construction of the photovoltaic system. Any identified defects must be documented and reported to the lessee immediately. The area offered for leasing has a size of approx. 4000 m
