The contract form is a shared contract, in which the client enters into an agreement with a construction, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing contractor.

The contractor of civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in legislation. Secondary contracts are carried out as secondary contracts subordinate to the main contractor in accordance with the subordination agreement RT 80271.
