Providing maintenance services for EBS/BTS devices in the BHS system installed in the sorting room and basement of Terminal A CDE zone at Warsaw Chopin Airport.

As part of the execution of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide comprehensive service of all elements of the EBS warehouse, including BTS inbound and outbound lines and two vertical conveyors carrying luggage to the level of the sorting room in accordance with the Ordering Party's recommendations, and to provide repair service, and in particular to:

1) Performing all service activities related to EBS/BTS system components.

2) Performing periodic inspections of DAIFUKU LOGAN Ltd. devices installed as part of the EBS/BTS system;

3) Technical support in the field of EBS/BTS system diagnostics in the event of a fault that may affect the operational state of the BHS system;

4) Support and maintenance of EBS/BTS automation systems;

5) Technical consultations consisting in providing all substantive assistance to users of the EBS/BTS system;

6) Assignment of at least one person with experience in the operation and service of MINI LOAD AS/RS SRC-VII stacker cranes manufactured by Daifuku Logan with BTS conveyors and STU luggage lifts manufactured by Motion06 to perform the subject of the contract at Chopin Airport;

7) Performing as part of the repair service: critical repairs within 48 hours from the moment of notification, and non-critical repairs within the time agreed with the Ordering Party,

8) Provide as part of the repair service, in the immediate vicinity of Chopin Airport, a spare parts warehouse, in particular NORD inverters, BHS lift belts, BTS conveyor roller bearings, BTS conveyor motors, spare parts for the luggage stacker crane and luggage lifts.
