The subject of the contract concerns the human monitoring of EDF PEI sites (Thermal Power Plant, Port Facility and TAC Site) present on Reunion Island. This as defined by the Special Technical Clauses Book.

The main services as defined in the CCTP relate to:

Basic benefits:

- Surveillance by officer on duty

- Random rounds

- Interventions on alarms

- Constant missions related to the VIGIPIRATE plan

Complementary services:

- Reinforcement for site security (example: open doors)

- Monitoring of the port facility during the unloading of heavy fuel oil

The interventions for the EDF PEI site are carried out H24, during the working periods of the sites, weeknights, weekends & public holidays and at H12 from Monday to Friday for the TAC site.
