The National Library of Norway invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the delivery of shipping services. The National Library of Norway sends letters, packages and pallets with i.a. Books, film, hard disks and newspapers. Technical equipment is also sent. The recipients are primarily collaborating partners such as libraries and cinematheque. Materials are also sent internally between Mo i Rana and Oslo. The majority of items sent are from Mo i Rana.

The services are divided into these framework agreement areas:

1. Letter post up to 2,000 gm.

2. Packages 0.2 kg — 35 kg.

3. Moving of collections.
