The subject of the contract is banking services for the budget of the city of Piekary Śląskie (i.e. maintaining bank accounts for the Piekary Śląskie City Hall and municipal organizational units, i.e. 44 budget units, 1 budgetary establishment and 4 cultural institutions), deposit services and granting an overdraft.
The subject of the contract is banking services for the budget of the city of Piekary Śląskie (i.e. maintaining bank accounts for the Piekary Śląskie City Hall and municipal organizational units, i.e. 44 budget units, 1 budgetary establishment and 4 cultural institutions), deposit services and granting an overdraft. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 6 to the specification.
Term of the contract: 4 years from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2024.
The offer and attachments to the offer should consist of the following files:
1) completed offer form (Annex 1 to the specification), i.e. offer,
2) ESD (according to Annex 2 to the specification),
3) declaration on not being subject to exclusion pursuant to Article 5k of Regulation 833/2014, as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (Annex 3 to the specification),
4) a copy or information from the National Court Register, Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity or other relevant register confirming that the person acting on behalf of the contractor is authorized to represent him – if the offer is submitted by a person conducting business activity or an entity entered in the above-mentioned registers. The Contractor is not obliged to submit a document if the contracting authority can obtain it using free and publicly available databases, provided that the Contractor provides data enabling access to these documents,
and if applicable
5) power of attorney to act on behalf of the contractor, if a person other than the person authorized to represent the contractor has been indicated in the document confirming the authorization to represent the contractor,
6) in the case of reliance on the resources of the entity providing resources – the obligation of the entity providing resources referred to in Article 118(3) of the PPL,
7) in the case of reliance on the resources of the entity providing resources – the statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the PPL Act of the entity providing resources,
8) in the case of submission of a bid by contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract – a document confirming the appointment of a representative in accordance with Article 58(2) of the PPL,
9) in the case of submission of a bid by contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract – the statement referred to in Article 117(4) of the PPL.
The power of attorney shall be transmitted in electronic form and shall bear a qualified electronic signature. If the power of attorney was issued in paper form with a handwritten signature, a digital representation of this document shall be provided, bearing a qualified electronic signature, certifying the compliance of the digital representation with the document in paper form. Certification of compliance of the digital representation with the power of attorney in paper form may be made by the principal (person/persons issuing the power of attorney) or a notary public.
In the case of economic operators jointly applying for the award of a contract, the provisions of point 13(2), (3), (4) and (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Point 13(4) and (5) shall apply mutatis mutandis to a person acting on behalf of an entity providing resources on the terms set out in Article 118 of the PPL.
