GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides construction, operation and management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings of the university and municipal buildings.

The object of the construction project is the construction of a free-standing, single-storey canteen with a walkable roof next to a listed school building. The extension for the school on the Veddel is located in the Veddel district. The usable area of the building is approx. 515 m². The construction site can be accessed via Wilhelmsburger Straße.
