The purpose of the contract is to carry out routine and occasional maintenance services and small associated works of the green spaces of parks and squares, accompaniment of sports complexes, public buildings and cemeteries. The contract is part of a previous consultation on the maintenance of green spaces (7 lots). The launch of this consultation follows the declaration without follow-up of lots no. 1 "Parks and squares" and no. 4 "Accompaniment of sports complexes, public buildings and cemeteries"

Realization of services of routine maintenance, occasional and small associated works of the green spaces of parks and squares, accompaniment of sports complexes, public buildings and cemeteries. Single-awarding framework agreement for services that will be executed by purchase orders for routine maintenance services, and by subsequent contracts (estimates) for occasional maintenance services or small associated works. The reference CCLS is the CCAF/Fcs. The contract is processed at a unit price. No minimum amount and the maximum amount of the contract over its total duration is 5,000,000 euro (s) (H.T.). As an indication and not contractual, the estimated amount of the contract over its total duration is 3,700,000 euro (s) (H.T.). Variants initiated by tenderers are not allowed
