The subject of the procedure is the ongoing maintenance of the road lane for mowing grass and maintaining the remaining green spaces in the territory of Bielsko-Biała. The subject of the procedure was divided into 5 parts of the order, also called “Tasks” or “Scopes”.

The Contracting Authority shall authorise the submission of partial tenders for the various abovementioned terms (parts) of the contract. The Contractor may submit a bid for one, several or all parts of the order.

Selection of the most advantageous offer will be separately for each part of the order — each Scope.

Detailed specification of the scope of the contract subject is contained in Chapters III to V of the Procurement Terms Specification (hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”).

The object of the order in Range I is to carry out work related to the ongoing maintenance of the road lane for mowing grass and weeding and clearing of pavements, wristbands, islets, squares and boardwalks.

The scope I of the order shall include in particular:

— three-fold mowing,

— weaning and clearing pavements, wristbands, islets, plazas and boardwalks.

The object of the order in Range II is to carry out work related to the ongoing maintenance of the road lane for mowing grass, trimming and grooming of hedges and shrubs and weeding and clearing of pavements, wristbands, islets, squares and boardwalks.

Scope II of the order shall include in particular:

— three-fold mowing,

— pruning and caring for hedges and shrubs,

— weaning and clearing pavements, wristbands, islets, plazas and boardwalks.

The object of the order in Range III is to carry out work related to the ongoing maintenance of the road lane in the field of mowing grasses and weeding and clearing of pavements.

The scope III of the order shall include in particular:

— two-mowing lawns and roadsides,

— single mowing of ditches and slopes,

— mowing the side of the side,

— weaning and clearing of pavements.

The subject of the order in Range IV is to carry out work related to the ongoing maintenance of the road lane in the field of mowing grasses and weeding and clearing of pavements.

— two-mowing lawns and roadsides,

— single mowing of ditches and slopes,

— mowing the side of the side,

— weaning and clearing of pavements.

The object of the order in Range V is to carry out work related to the current maintenance of the road lane for felling Japanese rust growing on roadsides, pavements and bicycle paths.
