The contract that will be concluded following the procedure initiated will be the execution of project management missions for the construction of 35 housing units and business premises residence "Le Bris" in VANNES (Ilot B2).

The missions to be entrusted to the project management (excluding OPC) are as follows and are defined by Book IV of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code and specified in the CCAP:

ESQ/APS/APD/PRO/ACT/VISA/EXE/DET/AOR + quantitative for all batches

The EXE mission concerns the technical lots (electricity, plumbing-sanitary, heating, ventilation and a partial EXE mission for the structure (principle plans for the consultation of companies).

Type of misison:

The parties agree, to determine the content of the mission elements, to refer to the provisions of Title III of Book IV of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code, as well as those of the order of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical procedures for the execution of the project management mission elements entrusted by public contracting authorities to private law providers.

Competencies required of the incumbent:

Groups eligible to apply must include:

- An architect registered with the Order (representative of the grouping compulsorily),

- One or more technical design offices, integrated or not, competent in the following fields:

• structure,

• fluids (thermal/electricity/low currents),

• Construction economics

•acoustics

•CF.

The team will have to integrate all the skills and qualifications necessary for the success of the project.
