This framework agreement concerns insurance services. Specifically, it is divided into four lots: 1. GROUP ACCIDENT INSURANCE POLICY FOR PUBLIC ENTITIES. 2.- INSURANCE POLICY FOR LAND VEHICLES OF PUBLIC ENTITIES. 3.- INSURANCE POLICY OF LIABILITY OF ELECTED OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL AT THE SERVICE OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC ENTITIES AND PUBLIC COMPANIES, CONSORTIUMS AND MANAGERS OF PUBLIC ENTITIES. 4.- INSURANCE POLICY FOR LEGAL DEFENSE AND CLAIM FOR DAMAGES FROM PUBLIC ENTITIES.
GROUP ACCIDENT INSURANCE POLICY FOR PUBLIC ENTITIESSee clause 2 of the Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses (PCAP). Lot 1 is for the purpose of personal accident insurance of the entities to which the Framework Agreement is addressed according to the subject of the call for tenders specified in Chapter 2 of the Technical Specifications.

Lot 2 is intended for land vehicle insurance of the entities targeted by this Framework Agreement according to the object of the tender specified in Chapter 3 of the PPT
INSURANCE POLICY OF LIABILITY OF ELECTED OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL AT THE SERVICE OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC ENTITIES AND PUBLIC COMPANIES, CONSORTIUMS AND MANAGERS OF PUBLIC ENTITIESSee clause 2 of the Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses (PCAP). Lot 3 has as its object civil liability insurance of elected officials and officials of the entities addressed by this Framework Agreement according to the object of the tender specified in chapter 4 of the PPT.
INSURANCE POLICY FOR LEGAL EXPENSES AND CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES FROM PUBLIC ENTITIESSee clause 2 of the Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses (PCAP). Lot 4 has as its object technical, legal and administrative assistance insurance to elected officials and public workers of the entities addressed by this Framework Agreement according to the object of the tender specified in chapter 5 of the PPT.
