Troyes Champagne Métropole, as well as the members of its group of orders launches a consultation on the supply of electricity in order to supply its public heritage whether permanent or temporary delivery points.

As part of the grouping of orders between the following entities: Troyes Champagne métropole (Tcm), the municipality of Troyes and its Municipal Centre for Social Action as well as the Maison du Boulanger, it was agreed that Troyes Champagne Métropole would be coordinator of this group of orders for the placing of the consultation only. Each member of the grouping shall execute the framework agreement in its own name

in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2162-4-2 ° of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation will result in the conclusion of a multi-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts, the maximum amounts of which per entity are set as follows:

City of Troyes 500,000 euro (excl. VAT).

Maison du Boulanger 10,000 euro (excl. VAT).

Troyes Champagne Métropole 2,000,000 euro (excl. VAT).

cmas 10 000 euro (H.T.).

The public contract will be concluded in the form of a multi-awarded framework agreement with subsequent contracts within the limit of 4 maximum successful tenderers in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-2, R. 2162-6, R. 2162-7 and R. 2162-9 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP)
