Specialist planning services for electrical equipment

1. Object and aim of the procedure:

Allocation of services for technical equipment according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2, Section 53 (2) No. 4 Power Systems, No. 5 Telecommunication and Information Technology Systems and No. 6 Conveyor Systems, Service Phases 1-9 according to Section 55 HOAI.

As part of the VgV process, an engineering office is to be selected to plan the electrical technical equipment for the new extension of the Elisabeth-Selbert-Gymnasium in Filderstadt.

An architectural competition for the design of the new extension is currently being processed. The competition draft will be available until an offer is submitted.

The expected gross construction costs (KGR 300 and 400) amount to approx. 8.3 million EUR.

The measure has a program area of approximately 1,640 m 2nd on.

2. Procedure:

The applicants selected for the 2nd phase will be invited to bidding interviews. Participants will be evaluated according to the criteria listed below.

The tenderer will gradually commission the bidder with the highest number of points and negotiate the contract with all bidders in accordance with VgV. The following award criteria are used for this:

- project team, weighting 20%,

- Presentation of reference object of the office / project team, weighting 20%,

- Procedure for the upcoming project.

Weighting 35%,

- Impressions gained from the negotiation, weighting 10%,

- Fee, weighting 15%

3. Order:

The commissioning takes place depending on the project approval by the municipal council of the city of Filderstadt. within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service up to and including service phase 9 HOAI if the project comes to fruition. The commissioning takes place initially up to service phase 2. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all performance levels.
