The subject of the contract is a service consisting in carrying out cultural and educational activities supporting the introduction of a new social function, i.e.: PINOKIO Theatre at 75/77 Sienkiewicza Street.

The order consists of 3 tasks in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order.

The service is implemented as part of Project 6 ROCŁ entitled "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź - Project 6", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, under the Regional Operational Program of the Łódź Voivodeship for 2014-2020 and as part of Integrated Territorial Investments

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in carrying out cultural and educational activities supporting the introduction of a new social function, i.e.: PINOKIO Theatre at 75/77 Sienkiewicza Street.

The overriding goal of the activities carried out under the Procurement is to counteract the socio-cultural exclusion that often affects people from degraded areas, their activation and inclusion in the socio-cultural life of the area and the socio-cultural integration of the inhabitants of the ROCŁ project area 6 and its surroundings.

This goal will be implemented through activities based on the introduction of a new social function of the PINOKIO Theatre and cultural and educational activities accompanying this process. Activities carried out during the Order should be tailored to the population structure of Project 6 ROCŁ, with particular emphasis on children and young people and people over 60 years of age.

The order consists of 3 tasks in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order.

The service is implemented as part of Project 6 ROCŁ entitled "Area Revitalization of the Center of Łódź - Project 6", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, under the Regional Operational Program of the Łódź Voivodeship for 2014-2020 and as part of Integrated Territorial Investments.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ

4. The Ordering Party does not request the Contractor to bring a defect.

40.1 The Purchaser does not provide:

40.1.1. the conclusion of a framework agreement;

40.1.2. submission of variants and partial tenders;

40.1.3. settlement in foreign currencies;

40.1.4. electronic auction;

40.1.5. reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings;

40.1.6. award of contracts pursuant to 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act;

40.1.7. the right of option under Article 441 of the PPL Act.

40.1.8. the requirement or possibility to submit tenders in the form of electronic catalogues

or attach electronic catalogues to the offer;

40.1.9. The Contractor shall carry out a local inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.

40.2 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded contract - issues related to the contract are regulated in the model contract - Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.

40.3 The Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure.
