It is therefore about the conclusion of a framework contract with a contractor, under which the contracting authorities contract EVB-IT system contracts on the substantively the same terms and conditions and thus can release the services in their RDB for retrieval. Contents of the procurement are the system itself (as software with different interfaces) as well as the delivery of the hardware, in particular the necessary terminals and printers together with brackets for the various life-saving appliances, bringing the operational readiness for the entire system in all versions, hosting the server version , Care, maintenance and further development of the entire system as well as training.

The framework agreement provides for the conclusion of EBV-IT system contracts with 4 rescue service providers as clients and optionally another seven rescue service providers as clients.
