3.1. The subject of the contract is The performance of an investor supervision service for the task “Expansion of the existing water reservoir together with accompanying equipment carried out as part of the task: “Construction of the Budy Augustowskie water reservoir implemented within the framework of the project: “Comprehensive project adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change — small retention and anti-water erosion in lowland territories”, No 72/2, 73/3, 79, 78/2, Grabowy Las, Stromiec Municipality”.

The service also includes supervision of the Contractor's removal of defects and faults during the warranty period for defects and/or warranty for construction works.

The service also includes supervision of the Contractor's removal of defects and faults during the warranty period for defects and/or warranty for construction works.

A detailed scope of work is included in the Description of the subject of the contract, which is attached to the specification consisting of፦ Design documentation drawn up by AXIS Design Services Kamil Krupa, - construction permit, i.e. Decision No DOA.7110.408.2021.MGL of 18.02.2022.

The Contracting Authority reserves to withdraw from the contract to perform investor supervision within 30 days, in the event that the Contractor does not determine a contract for works under the Pzp Act or withdrawal by the Contracting Authority from the execution of construction works intended for investor supervision.

The Purchaser does not provide:

1) the executor of a local vision or

2) Checking by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the execution available on site with the Contracting Authority.

Contractors are advised to familiarize themselves with the area of execution of the subject of the order and its surroundings in order to assess the documents and information provided in the framework of this procedure.

The Employer does not reserve the Contractor's personal performance of key parts of the contract.

The Contractor's liability for warranty expires with the expiry of the responsibility of the Contractor of construction works covered by warranty supervision (60 months from the date of final receipt of the subject of the construction works contract) and with the expiry of the liability for the guarantee granted by the Contractor of Construction Works.
